Love the couch now that it is put together, but it took three days to get the couch put together and screw all the legs inand that would be my only complaint. The sellers were awesome, the couch is firm to my liking and perfect fit for the room. I am glad I bought it!

Turned out great! Tina who runs their customer service department was so helpful and persistent in making sure every part of the process went as smoothly as possible. Best couch out there for the price.

Assembly was awful. They forgot the instructions, not comfortable.
