The product is fine although the seal on the box was broken already. Seems like it has been opened before.

One of the most imp;ortant thing that comes with your phone is your charger. I could go on record to say that one should never share their phone chargers with other phones that may not be compatible with the charger of your phone causing damage to the charger and ruining its life. It is also not a good practice to connect phone to power sources such as an inverter (backup power) and other unreliable or poor sources of power. Phone power banks are ok though. The most important thing to check the output rating. My original charger for the TECNO is rated 5Volt and 2Amp and therefore generates a 10Watt output and that is what you need to get as replacement and no other. I did get an incompatible charger that wrecked the boot procedure and in panic I did a hard reset of my phone (which actually did not fix the problem) and lost a lot of data on the phone. Apart from this voltage/amp compatibility, this charger from MI also has the same part number where it reads IS 13252(Part 1)/IEC 60950-1 and there is a similar logo on the MI charger to the one on the charger for TECNO and it also mentions bis.gov.in. Therefore it makes a perfect replacement for my TECNO 8T's charger which has gone kaput now. So if your phone is not an MI you still can use this charger provided it is compatible as I have mentioned. The speed of charging is almost the same as the original I had for the TECNO.
