Great quality
I kept seeing Ads for Redge fit on Instagram and was interested. For some reason they go for 150 but on sale for 60... looks exactly the same as this. Also the demonstration pictures online look exactly like the 150 brand. So happy I got this one. It’s sturdy and great quality. It’s also perfect for at home workouts! I am 5’3 and I have no problem with it. I still get enough resistance since the strap is adjustable. It didn’t come with instructions but it’s common sense or just look it up on here. Not a big deal. Very pleased and money well spent

Using it for squats
I like it. I wanted this to be able to do squats with it. I had to adapt it by using shorter hardware as even with fully adjusted straps it didn't provide much tension at the lower parts of a squat. Would be 5 star review if it was a better fit, I'm 5'9" so it's not like I'm too tall or short. Anyway, with my modifications, it meets my squatting needs at home since gyms are still closed here.

Depends on your intended use.
I like it, for the price it’s a space-saving option, but you have to ask yourself, how many different exercises will you do with it? For me I do two different ones, and I’m currently using 4 out of the 6 resistance bands provided, so I still have some growth I could do before I outgrow it. The stretch resistance bands are good quality, if not all the same exact length. They kind of average out. The one issue I have is on the tube there is a bit of rubber padding, and this padding is all that keeps the straps from rolling towards the center of the tube and meeting in the middle if you were to say, do an exercise with your footholds on the opposite foot to increase distance/resistance. They could have made an indentation on the tube to set the straps fixed on the ends.I also wish the connecting straps (not the stretch resistance bands) were a bit shorter, so I could have resistance throughout the movement. Takes a little time to shift around if you need another setup for a different exercise. Can’t say it’s a deal breaker, though, this is the most heavy duty set for the price on amazon. Just mix it up with other equipment to keep your pace up.

WORKS GREAT!!
I love this Fitness Bar. Its the next best thing to going to the Gym. I can do a lot of different exercises with it. I especially like that it work well for various leg exercises. Its ver sturdy yet compact so it stores out of sight very easily. I will be using this a lot.

Not the best quality
I'm giving this one 3 stars instead of 2, because for the right customer, this is a really good contraption. But if you are thinking about buying this as a replacement for heavy squats because your gym closed, don't. The bands are too long, and they don't stretch all the way down and they provide very little resistance, nowhere near 180 lbs, this also makes deadlifting moot. Also, the handles on mine broke after only a few uses, and the bar began to bend. If you're older and rehabing, or just looking to get a pump, it might be the right machine, but I train heavier than this thing can handle. Too bad

Strings too long for barbell
It might be denpending on how tall you are, but when doing barbell, the strings are too long to put any weight on your squat posture.
