This pan is restaurant quality and the size was perfect. It takes one box cake mix to make a nice high one layer cake. Perfect for an upside down pineapple cake.

The pan itself seems to be quality and well made. It helps with any pan of this style to line the bottom with paper before baking. Having a 3-inch pan like this, rather than a standard 2-inch pan, allows more room for the cake to rise. Producing a taller, less dense cake.

Everything I expected to be… good buy!

It was the right side for my needs of making a big Spanish flan. It can be use for top stove as we call it baño maria or straight in the oven. It worked both ways.

Used this to make a DIY gerbil wheel and it worked very well. Much cheaper than the $100 cake pan wheels you can buy premade on Etsy.
