Winco 10" Red Heavy-Duty Round Layer Aluminum Cake Pan

I absolutely love this pan. It works great for flan and flan de queso. Now the pan gets super hot when adding in the hot sugar caramel you make for flan so be sure to use an oven mitt! Had no clue as no other pans did this to me but this one does. I nearly burnt the bejezus out of my hands. So put a pot holder under the pan and hold it with oven mitt if using this pan to make flan. Also the pan discolors very quickly. However those things aside this pan worked excellent and made FANTASTIC flan de queso! It was sensational! It cooked evenly and very well. Was super easy to clean! My flan came right out no issues!

I make flan with this all the time (it’s made in a water bath). Nothing ever sticks .

I purchased this 10x3 inch aluminum pan for baking cakes, and it performed very well. The pan itself is sturdy and feels like good quality. It’s not flimsy at all, which is important when working with heavier batters. It held its shape perfectly during baking and handling. My cakes baked evenly with a nice, consistent texture from edge to center. I do use a method to help regulate heat while baking, but the pan definitely supported even results. I didn’t experience any hot spots or uneven rising, and the cakes came out level and well formed. Overall, this is a reliable, heavy duty pan that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I would purchase it again without hesitation.

Used once so far - but they feel nice and heavy and good quality. Have used the fat daddio pans as well and these seem comparable for a lower price. Cakes came out evenly baked.

I'm a pastry chef and I bake quite a bit with these, they're lightweight and reliable, and I always look for this brand when I'm purchasing bake-ware that I expect to last. These don't rust even with deep scratches, and even though they may get a bit discolored overtime, they're still perfectly functional and will provide you with consistent results and light cakes. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a quality product.

Excellent quality pan

I found they did the job. A few sratches and small dents possibly from shipping but it didn't affect their performance. I'd buy them again. Great price.
