Great five star product, but not really universal in size
Let me explain. This is a great product. I have been suffering from shoulder pain for quite a while. My pain is caused more by ligaments and not muscular but it probably helps both. I like that it helps keep my shoulder stable. Most of my pain is when i try and relax my arm and my shoulder feels like its sliding down. This product keeps it firm in place and helps relieve my muscles from having to stay tense all the time. The pouch for hot and cold pads is also a great plus to this product. I alternate between hot and cold gel pads and it really helps. It seems the be well constructed and the sewing is firm and should last a long time. Once you get the sizing correct it becomes really comfortable to wear and can be worn for a long time without discomfort from it. Which brings me to my slightly lower point of this shoulder brace. The only thing that I had a problem with was the sizing. I am not really a big guy. i have skinny arms and a fatter torso. I bought the universal thinking it would work. Surprisingly it was the right size around my torso but it was way too tight on my arm. I could not strap it around my arm. The universal size does seem to run really small around the arm. I went ahead and bought the XXL. When it came in, the shoulder part fits around my arm much better but the strap around my torso was too big and almost wrapped around my entire body before clasping. I could not easily put it on myself and secure it. The good thing about having both sizes was the torso strap is completely removable. I was able take the torso strap off the smaller universal sized one and installed it on the XXL shoulder pad. At this point it was a perfect fit! Great product if you can get the right fit. Since the arm strap is not removable it really limits the proper sizing to be universal. I don't ever recommend buying what you don't need, but with the low price of this item I would recommend buying both sizes and then it can be truly interchangeable for yourself as well as others that might need to use it. With both sizes you can then mix and match the torso straps as well as the shoulder portion. Other than the sizing this is a great overall product and you will not be disappointed in getting it (or both). Good luck!

Great but 2X could be better scaled for sizing.
I really enjoy the shoulder brace. It is great for support and pain relief. My only complaint is about the design for a 2X size guy. I have very broad shoulders and a barrel chest. The straps for the 2x are the same width as in any other size the straps are just longer. Which makes the strength lacking for a larger guy like myself. I had to modify the design and stitched & added a seatbelt cover to the area where it goes under my armpit. The strap would eventually fold over with long wear. Cutting into my skin and reducing the support on my shoulder. I believe if the design was sized up both in scale rather than just lengthening the straps but widening them for the 2x it would offer greater support. I realize that would require additional material and production cost but I would be willing to pay a bit more for the product to be scaled accordingly for the 2x size. With my experience I can totally understand how great of a fit and sopprt it would be for someone in the sm-med or L-XL size. As for the 2x size guy the product leaves some modification to be a 5 star fit. If your handy with a sewing machine and willing to add a little of your own effort you can make the product fit and be comfortable for the 2X guy. Also if you only have use for this to be used on just one side. I suggest sizing it to where you have adjustment on just the one side of the strap necessary and sewing the other strap to itself to make a permanent fit. In my experience when wearing on a day while working and getting sweaty and the brace getting wet. The straps going through the buckle would slide to one side of the buckle and get loose. After dying out it was fine until it got wet again. I was able to work all day with it on. Which is something I haven't been able to do for quite some time as my weak shoulder would give out because if fatigue or I would have to stop because if pain. The very first day I used the product wasn't great. After I learned the best adjustment for the support I needed. I was able to work outside all day. Digging, chopping wood and push mowing. Something I haven't been able to do in years because my shoulder strength has deteriorated so much with age.

Excellent support when used for activities
I bought this because I have a Rotator cuff tendinitis or a small strain, possibly involving the Supraspinatus tendon from playing Pickleball, doing weights, and other activities like Bodycombat and uJam on a weekly basis. I now wear it when I do my daily activities and even put an ice pack inside after a game or completing one of the cardio sessions. While it is adjustable, it's not a perfect fit. Unfortunately, it's not one size fits all but it's close enough. Ideally, there is a custom version that is measured to your size. Of course that will cost more. It is not designed to stop the pain or protect you from making the tendinitis worse or even heal it but it provides the necessary support while playing pickleball and other shoulder movements. It is made of strong and durable material that will last long. I also bought the Revix shoulder ice back which definitely helps relief and heal the Rotator cuff tendinitis after a game or any shoulder activities. The combination of both products makes helps relieve the tendinitis and still lets me do my sports activities.

Buckle jabs into underarm
Product is good quality and definitely helped with the shoulder pain I was having when I was able to tolerate wearing it. I say this because there is an unmovable buckle that is placed directly underneath the armpit, which digs into the skin and makes the product that is supposed to help with one pain, cause another. I wore the brace only a couple times before I had to find another brace from a different company that didn’t have a piece of metal piercing into my armpit and ripping out my armpit hair. Having said that, it did relieve the pain of my rotator cuff for the short amount of time I had it on. Proceed with caution.

working well, and easy to use.
As expected. Have ordered similar items in the past and this one seems to be more stable.

Definitely not universal
Looked promising, good reviews. Should be a disclaimer attached that this is for broad shouldered females or average sized males. The strap that goes from the back and around the chest can easily wrap around me twice. No matter how I positioned it, it either ride up under my breast pushing my bra up, or if I tried to go over my bra with it, it just slipped right up again. The shoulder cuff part of the brace was too large so it gapped everywhere not providing aby support. I googled and you-tubed how to wear this properly, but despite my efforts I realized universal fit does not actually mean universal. I'm 5'3 140 lbs with boney shoulders, just for reference. It was good quality materials, but neoprene doesn't conform well. Gave it 2 stars for good quality and ease of applying but that's about it.

Great as a pain reliever on serious injuries
A good brace for pain relief. The adjustable strap around the bicep provides sufficient compression and traction to prevent the brace from sliding, and the material is soft enough on the skin all day long, BUT! make sure to have an arm sleeve to prevent rash from developing during movements. Just make sure to hand wash and air dry them first before wearing or you'll suffer from a new material smell. It's definitely not a new car smell. I paired my shoulder brace from Grade 3 clavicle fractures (multiple pieces) and Grade 2 rotator cuff with the Amazon Choice arm sleeve set. A combination of these kinds of injuries are not something you can just enjoy life on a daily basis. The brace helps to make my shoulder feel less painful than most recovering days without it. If I have to measure the pain, it's between 5 and 6 out of 10 during movements. This is coming from a person with extreme high pain tolerance and not use any pain medication. The brace reduces the pain level down to 1, may be 2, out of 10 around the rotator cuff areas during movement. It reduces down to 0 without movements instead of 2 or 3 out of 10. This also reduces the range of motion by around 10 percent, but the support increases around 50 percent with it on compared to not having it at all. Too much range of motions can exceed its capacity to help. The downsides: The first thing is the biting. Like most indicated, the cuff strap around the arm will bite into your skin after an hour of use if you're going clothless. My suggestion is to wear the brace over your clothing with a sleeve going past your bicep. If you don't have a medium sleeve clothing, get an arm sleeve. The next is the abrasion. Yes, all braces, be the shoulder, elbow, or knee, there's an element of rubbing that cause abrasion during movement. A sleeve is needed, either from the clothing or a sleeve by itself. I highly suggest the standalone arm sleeve with good compression. Having compression helps with blood flow through the area for faster recovery. Third is the strap. I'll gladly pay a bit more if the strap is reinforced with a 0.5in or 1in polyester strap to increase the durability of the chest strap. The current chest strap design is soft, but it's too flexible, causing the strap to stretch too far and too fast. This reduces the amount of durability of the strap. I can understand the kinetic potential of the strap from the generated during movement, but adding two reinforced strips on each 1/3 ends of the strap will retain the kinetic potential of the strap while increasing the overall durability. It's a cheap investment to gain a bit of relief from the pain. It won't last long, but hopefully it will last long enough to allow me to recover for the next four months.

Non returnable- misleading size. Avoid this one
This item is way smaller than advertised. Avoid buying as it is non returnable. Better chose one that you can return if the size is not good for you. This item is a trap.

Excellent Support and Comfort – A Game Changer for Shoulder Pain
I’ve been dealing with persistent shoulder discomfort, likely from gym training and long hours at the computer, and this brace has exceeded my expectations. The compression and stability provide noticeable relief almost immediately, especially during daily activities and light workouts. It offers a solid balance between support and mobility, which is exactly what I was looking for. The adjustable straps make it easy to customize the fit, and I really appreciate that it can be worn on either shoulder. The material feels comfortable and breathable enough to wear under clothing for extended periods without irritation. One feature that stands out is the built-in pocket for an ice pack, which is very helpful for recovery after workouts or when inflammation flares up. That said, it’s not designed to fully immobilize the shoulder, so if you need strict support after surgery, this may not be the right option. Also, getting the perfect fit may take a couple of adjustments at first. Overall, this is a high-quality product that delivers real value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone dealing with shoulder strain, rotator cuff issues, or general instability.
