The heat bags from Nature Creation are the perfect example of what we all want when we see "Made In The USA" on the labels. Their heat bags are very well made with great ingredients for the filling inside. I just recently bought another 3 bags because my previous one thatbI bought from this company had finally lost it's smell, mostly due to my occasional overheating of the bag, over the years. These aromatic bags have a "shelf life", as far as the aromatherapy aspect that they deliver, and I had my previous bag since 2016! I can't read the "expiration date" on the old one but it is so well made that I will let it be for my cat as it still warms wonderfully. I have a few variations of heat bags from this brand and they are so well made, the quality of the materials, the structure of the bag for great heat coverage, the stitching and the soft elastic velcro backpack style straps on this particular heat bag. If you're looking for a great heatbag that is well made and filled with aromatics for relaxation- this is the brand for you. You won't be disappointed. 🙂

A friend gave me this pad and I used it regularly/daily (heated) for several days to get a nagging hip issue fully resolved. It microwaves easily, and is a nice large size, and with the straps + velcro, I could keep it around my waist/hips as I moved around at home. I've also used it for upper back muscle issues, draping it down my back. I gave mine to my daughter who had a back issue and she found it super helpful too (she used it as a cold pack). So I bought another one, but ended up giving it to a friend who has joint/muscle aches and pains and he uses it alot at the end of a day of work as he finds the heat and scent helpful and calming. So I bought yet another one for myself. So be warned--you might want to just go ahead and purchase 2 up front, cuz you may end up sharing with/giving to others.

The heating pad works great. The one I received was green (as opposed to purple or blue). The herb scent is not bothersome at all to me, and it has remained for the 10 months since I purchased. So if this smell bothers you, it won't go away anytime soon. But as I said, it is not unpleasant or overly strong. I have not used it for cold applications, so I don't know how it will work for that.

I'm replacing the one I've been using for 26 years now. Use it for chronic low back pain, hip pain, sometimes 4-6x/day. The shoulder pack is also great, but I don't use it as often, so it's still going strong. The old one still works fine, but has sprung some "leaks", and sewing them back together isn't working anymore. I literally wore it out. It's sturdy, holds a good amount of heat for about 20 minutes. Tried other styles, but they didn't come close to the heat they delivered, or the time it held heat. EXCELLENT PRODUCT, GREAT QUALITY!!!

I have bought so many of these in the last 20 years. I use them every day for pain and warmth. I give them for gifts . Wouldn’t be without one.

I have owned many of these and they work and are made well. Now that I’m older, I realize using them at night for my back is bothersome so I put it under both calves.

I have a few other heating pads from Nature Creation that I love. Having a chronic pain condition, they get put to use multiple times DAILY and have held up for at least a year retaining heat. I do have to sew a few spots here and there so one complaint is to make a sturdier cover. This particular item is great with the strap, however it is fairly narrow to cover my back as much as I'd like. A tad wider and it would be perfect!

Great product. This is the third time we've purchased one, as they contain natural ingredients and expire. Great quality, holds heat well, nice subtle scent.

The delivery driver was very rude, impatient, and insisted on handing the product to me in person (he didn't want to do a contactless delivery) even though we're in a pandemic.That aside, the heating pack itself is wonderful! Smells so good, the herbs help you sleep easy, the heat is so so good for backpain and nausea etc.Truly a must-have item for those of us with chronic pain/back problems.It's a great product I recommend the product a lot.
