Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-RX100 VII Digital Camera (DSC-RX100M7) + 128GB Bundle Package Kit - International Version (1 Year Wty)

I love this camera. Sony did a great job. This review is not really about the camera, but this particular package. The camera is great. I wont write a review of the camera itself here - there are plenty of those and you can research and decide for yourself. But let's talk about this particular "bundle package kit"...This camera is advertised as the international version. I guess what that means is that it is not meant for the north american market - and as such, does not come with a U.S. warranty. Also, because of this, the camera will display a "RUNNING ON NTSC" warning, after each startup (when set to NTSC mode vs PAL - for north american users). This isn't a huge deal as it is easy to clear by light press of the shutter button - but is kinda annoying.The included bundled accessories are fine, but cheap. The included battery charger is a 'universal' model and doesn't really hold the charging battery in very well. So, for example if you are using the car charger and your car hits a bump, its pretty easy for the battery to pop out of the charger and stop charging. So thats not great.The 'deluxe soft carrying case' is giant for a camera of this size. I guess its fine as an overall travel bag to fit the camera, chargers, and other accessories you might have - but its not even remotely specific for the RX100. I highly recommend ordering a smaller custom fit for purpose case for the camera itself.The other accessories, usb card reader, usb card, etc are fine, but again - cheap. I wouldn't expect great performance out of either - they appear to work, for now.Overall I am generally satisfied with my purchase, but if I was to do it all over again, I'd probably skip the 'bundle' and just get the camera itself so I could skip the cheap accessories. As usual, you get what you pay for.

Slow-motion video requires a lot of light and this camera was no different. The included video was captured with the default settings in a shadow about 10 minutes before sunset. The biggest drawback is the amount of time the camera takes to process the video.

Very nice camera. Small size compared to SLR makes it feel insubstantial and delicate. Concern for durability. Menu navigation will take some getting use to. Feels like a point and shoot but options like a pro

This is my second Sony, and I love the ease of handling do to size. It is always with me to capture those unexpected treasures that seem to pop up.
