Bag smaller then I thought
I bought this as a gift, they loved the product! I thought the bag was bigger only by the picture I didn't read the size. All around great product.

Worst pain ever
DONT BUY!!!!!! The worst pain in the world . I promise . I just got it today, and used it for my legs it even hurt and it usually doesn’t hurt me that bad to do my own braziliann!!! Soo disappointed !

If your hair is thick then try a harder wax
It takes time to dry .. for a first timer I wouldn’t recommended..the pros is that doesn’t hurt as the other ones
