Lifetime Creations only cares about their bottom line
I actually ordered 2 of these personalized photo plaques for each of my 8 year old grandson’s 1st Communions. Due to the COVID19 Pandemic all masses and sacraments have been cancelled for the time being, which means the date on these items are not valid. I asked to return them so that I could order new plaques once their sacraments are rescheduled and I was told that there is absolutely no returns on personalized items. Obviously Lifetime Creations doesn’t care about their customers. I will never do business with Lifetime Creations ever again. And I encourage you to do the same. There are so many other businesses out there who bend over backwards to accommodate their customers needs, especially during these uncertain times that we are all experiencing. There is no need to do business with people who only care about their bottom line.

Solid, quality construction. Attractive lettering
This frame came well packaged. It's high-quality wood construction make me believe it will last for years. I gave it to my grandson for his First Communion and it was a big hit. The engraved name at the bottom is impressive. I would purchase this frame again. I chose the light wood and am very pleased.
