This Christmas scrungy scarf was wonderful. Fits my 7.6 lbs Papillon perfectly. The elastic would fit a smaller and slightly larger dog as well. Loved it for holiday photos and wearing all day. I give it 4 stars only because some of the little dog bones on the tips didn't stay on.

Love these. Buy a set for the dogs each year, although sometimes they do last more than a year - some of our dogs are rougher on them than others!
