This wireless handheld scanner works great and is super easy to use. It connects quickly and stays reliable, so you’re not dealing with dropped connections or lag. Scanning is fast and accurate — most barcodes read instantly on the first try. I really like not being stuck with a cord, and the battery lasts long enough to get through the day without any issues. It’s comfortable to hold and just does what it’s supposed to do. Overall, it’s a solid scanner that works really well and makes scanning tasks much easier.

This scanner is great and very reliable. It connects to my computer in just a couple seconds and has been very accurate. It could not have been easier to set up, just plug in and start scanning. I would say this was a good value for money, given the hefty price tag of other brands. My only gripe is that it beeps very loud and vibrates when it goes to sleep mode with can be startling,

Received the NETUM C750 at 11 a.m. By 11:30 a.m. I had it connected to my Samsung Android tablet via Bluetooth. By 11:45 a.m., we were using the C750 and the TAB7 to create a purchase order in Lightspeed R POS by scanning product SKU flags. So far, it is working great. I did not test the Bluetooth range limit, but I had the TAB7 and my employee was at least 20 feet away, scanning with the C750. Pairing the C750 to the Samsung TAB7 was simple. If the C750 continues to function this well, it will be a tremendous value for creating purchase orders and taking inventory! I own an 11,500 sqft retail firearms store with about 9,000 SKUs.

This item is very nice. It's small and lightweight and comes with a lanyard so you can keep it on you at all times. The programing book and card are very helpful for set up. I use mine via Bluetooth to my iPad, in which the iPad connects into the Square POS dock. So, yes it does work with Square so long as you use the iPad POS version and only that. You will need to set it up though as a keyboard to get it to work. Luckily the setup booklet tells you how to do that. Also, do not lose the set up book or little card that comes in the box. These items have all of the set up functions for the scanner and it can only be set up that way. If anything, take photos and save them on an excel or drive in case you need to reference them for later.

I wasn't expecting much from this scanner since it was fairly cheap but it actually works well, is easy to pair with a desktop, phone or tablet. I can speak tonits longevity or battery life yet but I'm satisfied with it. Support is sketchy but they answered my questions in a timely manner.

Unfortunately, my experience with the Netum C750 barcode scanner was disappointing. The device stopped working after only two months of use, specifically failing to charge. When I contacted Netum for support, they initially suggested troubleshooting steps and asked for a video demonstration of the issue. After providing the video, Netum advised me to disassemble the scanner, which resulted in accidental damage to the retaining clips and battery wires. Their subsequent suggestion to repair the scanner by replacing the motherboard or soldering wires was impractical, as I don't own soldering equipment and felt this level of repair was unreasonable for a relatively new device. After insisting on a replacement under warranty, Netum eventually agreed but informed me the replacement would be a used, tested machine. Upon receiving the replacement, I discovered it wasn't even the same model as my original purchase. Instead of the C750, I received the NT-1228bc, a $35 rugged scanner model. This experience has been particularly concerning because I have purchased 12 of these scanners for my warehouse, and now I'm actively looking for alternative suppliers that can provide more reliable products and better customer support. While Netum did attempt to resolve the issue, the overall experience was frustrating. The quick failure of the original scanner, the suggestion to perform complex repairs myself, and ultimately receiving a different, less expensive model as a replacement left me unsatisfied with both the product and customer service. Update: Of the 12 I bought since December, four have stopped working. Its the end of March. UPDATE 4/17/25: 6 of 12 not working UPDATE 6/23/25: 8 of 12 not working

This is the second one of these that I’ve received. The first one only paired once or twice to my iPhones be. Then, my phone wouldn’t even find it to pair. When it would pair, it was great, so I tried pairing to my tablet, with the same results. I bought this as a replacement for my Socket brand scanner, which my company issued me and I would need $300 to replace. Luckily, I found the socket and my intended use for the Netum was to use it on my cell, because the program that we use for sales (Ziizii) is primarily on my company issued tablet and the socket is paired with that. In some circumstances, it is entirely appropriate for my job, but in others, dragging around the tablet is cumbersome and awkward, so having the ability to use my cell phone is a blessing. I contacted Amazon less than 24 hours ago, explained the issue to their CSR, and they offered me either a refund or exchange. Since the reviews are overwhelmingly positive, I opted for the exchange. Straight out of the box, I plugged it in as per the instructions and followed the steps to pair it. One that ng I’d advise is to go to Netum’s website, click on support, and get the full manual, because their are things this can do which are not clearly covered in the included manual. Anyway, you have to scan a barcode that tells the scanner what type operating system it’s speaking to, and the phone finds it right away. Thus far, it operates exactly how it should. Folks say it won’t charge via the type c port, but both the defective unit and this replacement do. It just takes a long time, but that’s a minor thing

It usually works but I have found two issues, one is that in Mac, some times it just disconnects from Bluetooth and you need to reconnect it, and in Excel, when scanning barcodes, for some reason first digit is omitted. I have had to use Excel online where it reads and prints all digits.
