I measured mine. It's a 1/2" thick heel that tapers down to about 3/8" in the front, making the actual rise of the heal about 1/8" give or take 1/16"

Q: Which one is size 39?

I am a US size 7.5 and wear 38 in Ecco. So 39 should be American 8
