**Q: How many albums will this clean before changing fluid, brushes ect?**
A: The fluid and water mix should last 20-30 albums depending on how dirty they are. The brushes? I've done 30 and still look new.

**Q: does this take batteries**
A: Hi Leslie,The cleaner doesn't take batteries and relies on you manually moving the record three times both clockwise and then counterclockwise.  It is amazingly efficient and makes your records look like new.  It doesn't remove scratches.

**Q: what size records will it clean**
A: It has slots for 7, 10, and 12 inch records. Place the rollers in the marked slots for the desired size.

WOW. I thought my albums were clean. This darn thing really, really works. The water turned brown!!I ordered this one, but got the brown one. That's OK, though I can't see what dirt comes off the records until I dump the water in the sink.The records are sooo much better, less background noise & 'ticks'. It obviously won't remove scratches, but my records are not scratched.I cleaned maybe 20 records, it takes a couple minutes per record & I lay them on lint-free cloth to finish drying.Another hundred or so to go. Then, maybe I'll try it on my 78rpm collection.Even my old David Bromberg record sounds great! Now to find that old Lee Michaels Live record......

    Gigantic Waste of Money

Why does this sell for $80? It's made of cheap plastic and it takes a huge amount of labor to use. I'm also not convinced that it's any more effective than a bit of cleaning spray and a towel. Don't waste your money on this. This is a product designed to suck money from people who value their records. While you might value your records enough to spend $80 on a tool for cleaning them, this product doesn't deliver anywhere near $80 of value.

Seems to work really well.  It does have a little bit of a cheap plastic feel, and the record doesnt spin as easy as I would have imagined, but it definitely does the job of wet cleaning vinyl records. One note, is it takes longer to clean each vinyl than you would think. but its worth it in the end.  I really like how the the water/cleaning solution doesnt get on the label at all, it just follows the grooves right around the label.
