Zodiac Signs: Leo (Volume 6) Hardcover – February 4, 2020

As I read through this book, I thought of how the author gives us a real relation to the cat within. I never considered myself a "cat" person perse, but I REALLY appreciated her highlighting that point in every way, reminding me that there may be a reason to my madness, and I liked feeling connected to my feline self. I like adjectives personally. The more the merrier, sometimes swimming in the poetry of describing my feelings or self or surroundings is how i stay satiated, so I for one appreciate the author's invitation to play in that realm. I read this book for myself initially, but then, it occurred to me that I could get a handle on my little girl's journey as well, it helped me, as a mom separate myself from her and see her fully. I swear she went from 3 to 7 in an instant and I needed to grow with her. Thank you Bess Matassa for this wonderful book! I appreciate it so so much.

I love this take on everything Leo. The book is solid to the feel and beautiful to look through. It's also a nice size kind of like a miniature coffee table book. The writing is hilarious, intimate, and fun, touching on everything from pop culture to poetry. I already knew a lot about leo but still found insights! It's short but thorough, touching on a ton of aspects of leo-dom, but also being a pretty binge-able read in one sitting. I can't comment on all the books in this series as I only got my sun and rising, which happen to be by the same author, but if her work is any indication, any of these books would be an awesome piece for an astrology collection.

The concept is great but author uses wayy too many unnecessary adjectives to spruce it up. It’s hard to even understand her point while reading.

I received these books, Virgo too, as a gift and love them so much. They are beautifully designed, small enough to put in my bag and full of great information that is totally digestible. I especially liked the author's attention to all the aspects of being a LEO that I haven't seen in other astrology books.My favorite chapter was Leo In The World and her devotion to helping me understand my path and how best to honor my innate values and inclinations. A beautiful gift to you or a friend.

I'm a huge fan of Bess Matassa and her thoughtful way of turning the cosmic, magical, and unseen into powerfully pragmatic prose that helps you access the deepest parts of yourself in expansive and joyful ways. Her passion for astrology and tarot is palpable when you read her gorgeous, caring words. You will not be disappointed if you pick up this book, or any other written by Bess. She's a word wizard, a lover of life, and a tantalizing teacher! MUST HAVE!

I was lucky enough to receive this book as a gift. Not only does Bess have an exquisite way with words, but her descriptions and powerful insights have truly inspired me to be the most Leonine Lioness that I can be. She has a compelling gift to help you remind yourself who TF you are. This book will be a staple on my shelf and serve as a component in my own practice. Thank you Bess!!

This book found me at the right exact time. Bess writes as if you’re frolicking in candy land twirling around with radiant sunshine and smiles. Her words are magical and intentional. Every sentence serves a purpose. I highly recommend to all my fellow Leo’s looking inward and those getting to know us better! Kudos to my soul sister <3

Bess Matassa brings profound poetry and insight into this book of Leo energy. As someone with only a novice understanding of astrology, I found this book to be accessible, thought-provoking, informative, and beautiful. Whimsical yet grounded. An absolute pleasure to read. I could not recommend more!
