Not Happy With Return Shipping Charge
The sombrero arrived in great condition properly packaged. The weight of the package was VERY LIGHT!!!I had no problem with this item other than it was ordered by mistake so I shipped it back the very same day. The original cost of this item was $24.99. I received a return credit to my account for .17 cents.This means the return shipping was $24.82 ???? I can hardly believe it. Truly legalized robbery!!!Future potential customers BEWARE!!!

To big it has to have an elastic so it can stay on top of the forehead and not go all the way down
