Excellent book for authentic Indian cooking
Excellent little recipe book bought as a replacement for the same one I had from before. The previous one was well thumbed from using it so much, and I can recommend the tandoori chicken; keema mince, made with lamb mince; potatoes and peas; several chick pea, and other types of dhal, recipes. Handy glossary for Asian and English terms.

Not tried any of the recipes out yet as only have had the book a few days, but looking through it it looks good and need I say HEALTHY

Great for junk/fast food lovers!
Fantastic book for junk/fast food lovers. You can still eat what you love but with a fraction of the calories!

Not very inspirational
A small A5 paperback book with 75 recipes that have been made 'healthier' only by using lower fat/calorie versions of the ingredients on popular takeaway food. All the suggestions are things that if you were trying to eat healthier you would naturally swap out for lower calorie versions anyway! It also doesn't have a single photo in it to tempt you to try any of the recipes which for me is a big part of been inspired to try the dish. In summery I doubt I'll try many (if any) of the recipes included in this 'pamphlet' so can not recommend it!
