Pet Head High Maintenance Leave-In Conditioner, 8.5oz Strawberry Yogurt, Pink,TPHH1

I have a sensitived skinned, 7yr old, 13lb, black and white mini schnoodle (from the pound so she may have more mixes in there lol) and NOTHING has made her curls look the way this product does. She had a sleek short black undercoat that sheds about as much as an average person, and a whispy white curly coat that grows out until trimmed. The white curls are soooooo pretty when she's first bathed, but once dried they get all frizzy and fuzzy and she looks more smokey gray than black and white, which is still adorable but it also matts more easily. I have used many things but Pet Head is my fav due to the fragrance and the way it leaver her hair silkier and shinier than most others.I brush her out then soak her hair and use the Life's an Itch Pet Head Shampoo, and the PH Furtastic Cream Rinse (was supposed to be original scent but I ended up with Blueberry which isn't really very blueberry but still very nice anyway). I rinse her well and towel dry as much as I can then I rub about a quarter sized amount in my hands and massage it into her hair and skin, I apply it heavier in the places where she has more black and less where there is more white (its thinner and doesnt need as much). Then blow dry her and she looks AMAZING!Her white is brighter and black is shinier, and her curls are curlier and stay that way until her next bath (typically for her 2-4 per month unless she rolls around in something hahah) also she smells great for a day or two, and I am sensitive to many fragrances and none of the aforementioned Pet Head products bother me :) She also itches less when I use these, so that's super great!!

I cannot really stress enough how this product has really made me the happiest dog owner ever. I've spent so much money over the year of getting my shih pom groomed through pet smart, and honestly I wish I discovered this sooner. The price is definitely a great value. The smell is nice, although I wish it had more of a fruity smell on my dog. The smell is very faint, however this has been a game changer for me because I'd always explain to the groomers how my dog has had a problem with matting. Obviously something wasn't being done or whatever they were using on my dog just was not working for her. I'd get so frustrated with finding matts in her fur after dropping $45/$50. I'm very grateful that I found this and that it keeps my dog feeling very soft.

This is the only leave in conditioner I found that works on my bichon's hair. Makes it soft and easy to brush. Helps not to get tangles. Smell is just wonderful. I even use it on my own hair to brush easily. She stays soft for about 2 weeks with it or until she get wet from walking her in the rain or etc. I will definitely buy again.

The product itself is heavenly! I have 4 small Pomeranians and with the texture of their fur and really not supposed to bathe them very often This stuff is amazing! I Iran a damp washcloth over them and put a tiny drop of this conditioner on my hands, rubbed my hands together and then onto their damp coats , when they dried their fur is noticeably softer and the smell is so yummy!I only use this on their top coat, I Do Not massage into their undercoat in case they might be allergic or get itchy.I would have been happy to give this a 5 star rating, But they need to come up with better packaging when shipping.A lot of things I buy on Amazon is shrink wrapped prior to shipping, this tube was in a mailing envelope and when I opened the package about a third of the product had been squeezed out ...it was messy .when I took the cap off the little foil seal was halfway undone.

Looooooooove this stuff right here. Smells EXACTLY like strawberry yogurt. Almost the same consistency. He gets his bath with other Pet Head products then I dry him with towel and rub him down with the conditioner. He doesnt fight it. His coat looks AMAZING. Super soft. No dog smell. But I have to really stress how soft he is. I mean even his doctor says he is a good looking dog. You can’t help but sniff him all the time. Will def continue to buy this till I can’t. I use with the Pet Head puppy shampoo and he doesn’t fight me. These products smell good.

This is a MUST have for long haired dogs! I have a "Teddy Bear Dog" 1/2 Bichon and 1/2 Shitzu. She was born in March and we got her at 8weeks. I had no idea her hair would keep growing...to the floor, if not cut.I bought a slicker brush and a comb and kept brushing her every day. She still got tangled hair. I had Pet Head's shampoo in the red bottle left over from my beloved Beagle that passed away this year. We noticed she needed a lot of baths due to her white fur and sometimes her poop would get stuck in the long hair on her butt.We gave her a bath when our house had a lot of electric fly a way atmosphere. My husband really scrubbed her hair all over the place. She fell asleep while her hair was still damp and when she woke, I saw a huge bunch of hair was tangled in a ball behind her ear. We took her to the groomer who had to shave the spot down to her skin. She also had two mats on the front of both front paws. I was upset that her beautiful hair was butchered.I looked at all the Bed Head products for a cream rinse. I have long hair and need a cream rinse every time I wash my hair. I figured it might work for our Fur Baby. I read all the reviews and figured I would order it.WOW! I rubbed a dollop of it between my hands and tried to get all the hair where it was especially prone to tangles. You leave it on after the bath. I blew dried her hair and noticed it looked a little "stuck together" . When I started brushing her , I was amazed! It makes her hair so smooth and de-tangled! She will NEVER get any more hair shaved off her body. I just ordered a second tube. I never want to run out!

I have a dog with long-ish hair and it works okay to dematte his fur. I am not crazy about the smell and the texture is a little chunky which makes it hard to spread out. I find myself having to use more product than I expect. Does leave the pup feeling soft though
