Easy-to-read and understand. I learned so much from this book, namely about the history of facial beauty and symmetry. I am amazed by what an absolutely fascinating substance PRP is and how it can heal the body. This is a wonderful book for anyone who wants to look younger and refreshed but not "done" and Dr. Runels is an artist who is an absolute wizard when it comes to the face. He has a keen eye for slight asymmetries and shadows and can accomplish more with a single syringe of Juvederm and a teaspoon of PRP than most plastic surgeons can with triple that amount. The Vampire Facelift is a true lunchtime procedure and women love how they see immediate improvement that only gets better over the coming weeks to months. very little useful information forbthe price

I thought the book reflected a lot of the interesting facts that Dr. Runels explains in his course on the Vampiretechnique. I think that one has to research the topic to really enjoy reading and learning about PRP from the writer's view point.
