This is an exact replacement for one I've been using for 4 years. Excellent product. This review is for delivery. Its especially significant when delivering an item for a disabled person. The heave box was placed so that the door could not be open to get out at all. Horrible.

The equipment is excellent for the most part. It is sturdy. It is light. It rolls well. I like the height adjustment for handles. My only complaint is that I cannot get it to lock in place. The instructions say it should,but, I can't get it to lock.

The media could not be loaded.  This walker has given my elderly mother her independence back. Since she had her stroke in 2012 she's increasingly fragile and unsteady on her feet. Walking with a cane meant she could no longer prepare a meal. With this walker, she's started getting her own breakfast and lunch and using the seat as a portable try to take the dishes safely/securely to the table. It's been life changing. I assembled it, which was very quick and easy. Usually I task my husband with anything that comes in pieces! Really happy with this product and purchased two (for upstairs/downstairs). It's also made it easier/quicker for her to get around the house, and because she feels stable, she's spending less time in the chair, but getting up and doing things without having to rely on someone else.

I purchased this as a Mother's Day gift for my 90 year old Mom. It comes in parts but is very easy to put together. The instruction sheet was in the box, but we didn't find it necessary to look at it more than just once. My mother is 4'10" tall, and it was at the right height for her with no adjustment necessary although adjustments are available. The tires easily roll over carpet, and other types of flooring. It handles just as easy outside as it did inside. It was sturdy enough that she felt safe and secure using it. Only one thing that would have been nice is if it had some kind of secure hold device for the brakes so she would have been able to let go of the brakes and use her hands when she was standing up. This product is well worth the cost.

Love the lightweight frame and the overall sturdiness of this rollator walker. I have bought several rolling walkers over the past 15 years and this is by far the most serviceable one because it is so easy to lift and place behind the passenger seat in my car where it fits snugly and securely...always ready when I need it. I can tuck my purse under the seat and wheel in to my appointments with the assurance that I won't fall or trip. I've even used it to sit on when I've had to wait in line. This one is really a great price and even better value for the quality. I definitely recommend it. P.S. Forgot to mention how easy it is to assemble...I'm 77 and it was snap to put together!

I have problems with my balance but wanted to walk at local park. The rollater helps me feel safe and more confident.Anything I have to assemble is problematic, but I managed.Thank you for swift service.Loretta Wendell

Like how lightweight it is but the seat needs much more padding.

My wife uses the walker sparingly to get around the neighborhood. It works very well for that purpose. The idea is to help her when we have to wait in long lines, like when we were waiting for our covid shots.
