I bought this spring to fit over the rear-view camera antenna on my RV. The antenna is only 6 inches high and it's all the way at the back of my trailer on the roof. The camera is 50ft away on my dashboard. Since it's a long distance, the signal strength is low. So when a tree branch folds the antenna down, I lose the signal. I slipped this spring over the base of the antenna at the folding point. Now, when a tree branch folds the antenna down, it pops right back up and I don't lose the signal! I measured the diameter of the antenna and found this spring on Amazon with inner diameter the same, so it fits like a glove! A+

I have a 1948 bathroom. The tiles are no longer available. When the built in hand towel rod broke in half I didn't know what to do. There are no replacement parts. My husband couldn't fit it back into the ends because the rod was placed between the two ends when the bathroom was first constructed in 1948, so he sawed 1/2" off each end cutting off too much. I fixed the broken rod but now it barely stayed in place. To replace the towel meant removing the ends, which would lead to broken tiles that can't be matched- basically resulting in an entire bathroom renovation costing thousands of dollars. I got the idea of pressing a spring onto the end so the tension would hold the rod in place. IT WORKED!!! $3 and my problem is fixed!

The springs were the right size for what ever my husband is inventing. He says the springs that we sprung for in the spring sprung well.

Well it’s a spring and happened to be perfect to replace my older four springs. Relatively inexpensive. Pretty thrilled I even found it.

Quality is pretty good, better than I expected. Just FYI, it is made in Taiwan, not China. I was sad I ordered the wrong size. Just ordered another size and hope it will come with the same quality.

I thought it was only one spring, turns out it's two. This was exactly as measured and worked perfectly as a replacement in the gym equipment I have.

So this one is a little weird.. I didn't buy it for an actual purchase.. every year my nephew, who is now 17, asks for the most random thing he can think of for a Christmas gift. One year it was a single potato, once a jar of marinara sauce.. this year.. a spring (it was actually a bed spring specifically). Hence my purchase.. it was actually 2 springs, and made my nephew laugh uncontrollably for a few minutes. 5 out of 5 to me!
