These are crazy good. Pairing was easy. Noise cancellation is EXCELLENT
I didn't have very high expectations for this headset, but it really knocked it out of the park. Pairing was easy with all my devices (Macbook, iPhone). Tested making a call from my CRM, and my call recipient said I sounded great. Called another friend while driving, and he said my sound was great. I even talked to him while I was at the gym (with gym music playing) and I was walking on a treadmill. He said he couldn't tell I was in a gym. Yesterday, I called a friend and talked to her for about 20 minutes while I was doing dishes. She said she couldn't hear me doing dishes at all. And the battery lasts FOREVER. The battery on this thing IS SO good. It just keeps going and going. You'll rarely have to worry about battery life with this, and because it's USB-C, it's easy to charge.

Very impressed!
I bought these USED LIKE NEW and I could not be happier with them! The sound is awesome! It fits my head and ears very comfortably. MUTE was a very important feature for me. You can use mic ( up is mute, down is unmuted) and it will tell you so. BUT the bonus is, there is also a button that mutes it!!! I use both from time to time. (see pic 3. that's the mute button) Also has lights to let other house guests know you are on a call. Excellent battery! I can talk on it for over 3 8 hour days before it says battery is at medium. The most amazing part of this is I have a two story house(1700 sq ft) and I can go all the way to the basement, from my upstairs bedroom where it is connected, and I can STILL hear the conversation on the phone! yes, it's a bit choppy and sometimes it will disconnect. But the minute it's back in better range, connects right back to the conversation. Most of the headsets I researched (and it was a LOT) only reach about 33ft) So I am IMPRESSED!!! I can honestly say, if you get one of these, you will not be disappointed. And if you are, if something is not right, reach out to the seller. Let them know before leaving negative reviews. More likely than not, it's a flaw in that specific headset. So give them the chance to make it right. Hope this helps you decide!

great headset
I've been using the headset every day for the last 2.5 weeks. I have a jabra evolve wired headset which I loved, and this wireless headset (which is more expensive) is a significant improvement! I was so surprised that the sound is so rich and clear when I first use it. If compare to my jabra wired headset, with evolve 2, I don't need to increase the volume by much to hear the other party clearly. I was also able to hear myself loud and clear which is important for me. If you need to mute the microphone, you can choose between hitting the mute button or simply adjust the mic up. I've only needed to charge the battery once a week so far for about an average of 32 hours usage per week. Everytime you turn the headset on, there will be a voice that annouce if battery is high, medium or low. I downloaded the software on my macbook and it shows the battery percentage when you are connected. You can also adjust certain settings using the app on the computer. Cons: - when you mute/unmute yourself, there is a voice that announce "muted" or "unmuted", which is quite annoying for me, especially when the other party is talking while I mute/unmute myself. The volume of the mute/unmute announcement is pretty loud too which could distract you from listening. Hence I only now mute/unmute myself when there is a pause. and I don't think you could change that setting to a tone from the jabra app either, which is a bummer - there is no mute light, which I personally prefer to have it as a reminder. especially when I forgot to mute muyself at times and have the headset down on the table while I was doing somethign else. - I do get some ache/pain after wearing it nonstop for 2-3 hours, although the ear cusions and headband cushions are super soft. Other than the cons, I do like this headset overall.

Worth the Investment
Bought this for everyday, everything kinda use. Perfect for work, talking on the phone, video conferencing apps etc. Charging speed is super fast, Volume Control is easy both on the earphone itself (with up down button and pause/track button) or on your laptop or phone volume control. Clarity is as clear as internet or phone data can provide, Durability is great, Microphone Functionality is great and people can hear clearly. Wifi range within home/office depends on your wifi signal and strength. In icy case I would say a good 25-30 ft distance without obstruction. I go cook in the kitchen while my phone may be in the living room. Highly recommend.

Freedom!
I’ve been working from home since the start of the pandemic and finally broke down and bought this headset, which was recommended to me by a co-worker. I waited until the price went way down, which it does periodically. I am so pleased I finally bought this - it works well and I don’t know how many times I’ve been on a conference call and needed to get up from my desk for one reason and another, and suddenly realized that I COULD! Haha! I was so used to being connected to my laptop with my old headset that it took me awhile to realize that was no longer the case - now when kitty starts yowling to go out and I’m on a team call, I can get up and let her out - it’s the little things :) I like that I can mute myself by flipping the mouth piece up, I like when I turn it on and a little voice says, “battery high”, and I have never dropped a call with it. Sometimes it cuts out when I’m in a certain room of my house but I do have Wi-Fi boosts hooked up for my ring security system, so there’s really only one spot where it might cut out. Not a deal breaker because it doesn’t actually drop the call and I can easily move back to fix that issue. Very pleased with this headset!

Avoid at all costs.
I wanted this headset to be good, unfortunately, it just isn't. I have had two of these, both of them have done the same thing(s). The first one was better, but ultimately still had the issues. When I am on calls periodically, I will hear static, and then nothing, forcing me to reboot the headset to get it to connect back up to audio. UC softwares dont' realize I have disconnected, and all that works to fix it is to power off and back on the headset. With the first one, I went through a great deal of TSing with Jabra Enterprise support to no avail, at which time they advised I should get a new headset as it seemed the hardware was faulty. They wanted me to pay shipping for this both ways, and were going to send me a refurbished device, this device was 3 weeks old, so I returned to Amazon instead. Amazon resent a new headset, exact same model and product. This second one is even worse. I have had nothing but issues. The battery WILL NOT last a full 8 hour day of being powered on (after a full charge), which is a joke, there shouldn't be an issue with that. It still does the dropouts, often. Most recently now, I cannot connect to Teams meetings with the headset unless I restart my computer. The headset is not detected after a short time, restarting the device and unplugging/replugging the receiver do not resolve the issue. This is a defective hunk of garbage, and this has happened, not once, but twice. Jabra refuses to resolve the issues and Amazon now will not return the product, as when I reached out on this second one, I was 1 day past the return window due to personal issues at home and not having used the headset for some time. I'm out $200 as I have to purchase ANOTHER headset because Jabra makes GARBAGE products. As I said, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Amazing noice cancelling mic
I work from home and was searching for a headset that has a good noise cancelling mic. There were a lot of recommendations online for headsets that block out the background noise for the person who uses the headset, but not much recommendations on products with a mic that doesn’t pick up the background noise of the user so the person on the other side does not hear it. Long story short, this one checks all the boxes. I was very surprised at how well it blocked out the sound of my baby crying and only picked up my voice. It has good wireless connectivity which I really needed. Sound is clear, battery lasts pretty long after charging. Ears get a bit tired after long use. But for short 1hr increment periodic uses throughout the day, it hasn’t been an issue for me. Although it’s on a pricier side, it’s definitely worth the money that suits my need perfectly. Not sure how long it’s going to last but will definitely be repurchasing if this one dies on me.

Revised - Previous Fantastic Bluetooth headset for work
***This is a revised review for professionals looking for a bluetooth headset for work in a noisy environment. I've been working from home like a lot of folks and the Evolve2 65 started out great and after a few months of use dropped to good, then to WT#%#$. Three replacements and they all have the same issue, after a few months of use the microphone starts giving out, you can hear the person on your call but they can't hear you. The problem starts out on a call here and there you connect and disconnect the phone and it goes back to work again but after a few call again the mic cuts out. This time the customer service (which is like pulling TEETH about returning anything) isn't even replying and they gave me a massive list of things to do in order to get the Evolve2 65 fixed. I'm just going to buy a Poli/Plantronics. Just in case Jabra does read this review had to go back to using my Jabra Engage 75 that has been a complete trooper and I HIGHLY recommend if you need a non-bluetooth headset, fantastic audio, amazing mic, 4 years using it and it's still working like a champ. Evolve2 65 NOPE, don't buy it unless I somehow got 3 bad ones in a row. We've had the mono versions for years and we decided to get the Jabra Evolve2 65 stereo and this is incredible. Great sound, excellent noise cancellation, you can be in a crowed room and the person you're speaking with hears just you which is great for working at home with the little ones running around or being at a busy coffee shop while working. I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a high quality, long lasting Bluetooth headset for work.

A recommander!!

Casque fantastique

Excellent wireless headset
Been using decent quality wired headsets for years, these are an expensive step up. The audio is clear for both calls and music, battery life is good (35 hours with constant daily use). The microphone is excellent, overall a good purchase if a little pricey. I've been working in a small temporary office at home with my wife, we are both loud and our calls often overlap. The mic is great at excluding extraneous noises, however, I can clearly hear my wife talking when I'm on a call and similarly my wife can hear my music or conversions (at normal levels). I had expected better noise cancelling at this price. I didn't buy the cradle but the USB-A (to USB-C) cable is more than adequate. I wear these most of the day and despite having a big head they sit relatively comfortably on the ear. There is a decent amount of padding around the cup and the man made fabric isn't sweaty! I have Bluetooth'ed to both my mobile and laptop and have had ZERO connection issues, indeed I have used every comms app out there without issue (Mainly MS Teams). It switches app, picks-up, re-connects effortlessly. I regularly wander off to make a brew or food during calls - just turn off the video, mute by moving the boom mic up and wander off to do whatever, jump back in at any time. I like this a lot, I've even sat in the sun at the back of the garden 30m or so away. 5 star overall despite weaker than expected noise cancelling (btw My wife sits about 1m away)
