i'm still trying to figure out how to avoid getting grounds in our coffee. currently - and in the past - i used the smaller coffee filters in the mr. coffee....but this one i might have to buy the bigger filters.if that is the problem and the bigger filter prevents grounds getting in our coffee - then i will give this product 5 stars!UPDATE: the larger coffee filter worked! no grounds in my coffee!! so i updated the stars from 4 to 5!!

9 Months old and it already died. Beeps 3 times and won't brew. Cleaned per instructions regularly, reset as suggested, buy something else.

It's easy to use works great. I replaced an older version. The one thing though that I liked with the older one that this doesn't have was a separate reservoir for water and coffee this one is combined

Basket for filter is a little larger than my other coffee maker..it allows me to use a larger filter and prevents overflow!

It's a good, straight-forward coffee maker without too many bells and whistles on it. Programmable and its stainless-steel details match the rest of my kitchen appliances.

Like everything about it. Last night my daughter used it. This morning it no longer works. Well taken care of. Looks new. $80 of useless plastic now.

After 1 month all the water leaked out of the bottom of the coffee pot very disappointed
