COST: FAIR BEST BITS: Another great dvd from her collection! Really wouldn't use any others, being stuck in with four young children these are a must have! Haven't actually used this DVD yet. However, I have watched it and as always find Leslie Sansone inspirational and motivating.This exercise regime lends itself to different combinations with toning sections as well. REGION 1, USA DVDs
In order to use Region1 DVDs, I purchased an extra dvd-player/external-DVD-drive for my computer/laptop that I have set on Region1 only. These are available to buy on Amazon for a reasonable price. Works like a charm for all US DVDs of any kind!

Good DVD
This was a good mix of workouts. They will keep you interested and help you get fit. I liked it and prefer Leslie's new formats to the older DVDs

I love this DVD - have been using it for years, and just bought a second one for a friend who is interested in getting fitter without having to go to a class. It covers a daily workout plus extra exercises aimed at individual parts of the body. It's great, and the instructor is happy, bubbly and realistic. Obviously I recommend it, or I wouldn't have bought one for someone else.

Je suis une fan de la méthode Leslie Sansone. Elle permet de faire de l'aérobic quel que soit son niveau et son âge. Pas besoin de beaucoup de place et c'est facile à suivre. Il suffit de marcher et de suivre les 4 pas de base (avec variantes pour éviter l'ennui). Pas de chorégraphie. C'est simple, motivant et efficace. Un programme est prévu du lundi au vendredi, mais on peut composer son propre "workout". Tout est en anglais, mais pas besoin d'être anglophone pour suivre ! Un seul bémol. Le DVD est zone 1. il faut un lecteur zone 1, multizone, ou un ordinateur pour le lire.
