They can level and hold the full weight for the rv.** A: They are leveling jacks not stabilizers. They are capable of leveling the RV in a set of four. They will lift the wheels off of the ground, but most RVers believe that lifting the wheels completely off of the ground is unwise if not dangerous. **Q: Is this just the Jack or are the pump, lines, and cables included?** A: Just the jack. I just hooked it to the existing lines on my motorhome. The jack comes with plugs in the line holes. Fyi - pay careful attention to the way the lines hook up when ordering, there are many configurations. Also, these jacks have a very large weight capacity, if you are upgrading from smaller jacks - be aware that you may need a larger fluid reservoir and/or pump. (I upgraded mine after the OEM folded while leveling on a slight side grade). These are great jacks, super durable.
