I researched these underwear a lot before I bought them. I waited three months to review just to be sure.I am 5’3 and 163lbs with a short torso. Most of my weight is carried on my bottom half of my body and I am curvy. . I purchased a size large and they fit perfectly. I change these every 12 hours bc of my flow and never leaked. You have to know your flow. I saw so many negative reviews and I’m not sure why.I say this bc we are all built differently and in my research I never got these body details which I think are important.My flow is light to moderate and so I bought 4 pair of the moderate flow underwear. I was skeptical. These last three months have been a cake walk with these! They are comfortable, no pressure on your belly while cramping. You can time how long you have them on - but you will feel when it’s time to change them. Overall you will feel dry the entire time. When you do not anymore, it’s time to change them. It’s a telling feeling.I will admit it can be a bit of a routine because I only bought 4 pair for a 5 day cycle, but as long as you rinse after use and wash them continuously throughout your cycle, you will always have a pair to wear. They only take a few hours to air dry.I even accidentally put a pair in the dryer. They still worked fine. I will be buying more. These are the best if you ask me ! I hope I hit all the questions that I had and could not find when I researched these. The high waist I purchased don’t work well with my body shape because of my short torso but still absorbent. Just having to keep pull them up lol. The hip huggers are my favorite. Hope this helps someone on the fence with these underwear.Let me know if this helps you or if there are more questions!

Terrible!!! These underwear leak. I bought 3 for my teenage daughter they leaked, after much convincing her that these underwear would not leak she decided to wear them. She came home crying because the underwear leaked and stained her pants (her period was light too). Makes me so mad especially for how much they cost. The company will not answer any of my emails or respond to any of my calls. Very frustrating. Do not buy, terrible product and customer service.

I had seen so many ads for these and was so excited about switching from pantyliners to this product. I had read that it was super absorbent and kept you dry if you used without a cup or anything else. I heard/understood that these were made of high-tech material that was super absorbent. My experience and response to all of this is a solid "Meh." My experience is that these aren't that absorbent, are uncomfortable and run small (be warned, size up). They don't dry quickly so even though I thought ahead and bought two pairs, I'm literally waiting nearly 24 hours later for my first pair to dry. What good is a product that you can't put in the dryer that takes this long to dry? There are some amazing materials out there that could absorb and dry much faster. I feel this brand has been well-marketed and feels overhyped. I am so extremely disappointed that I spent this much on underwear that takes a day and a half to dry. I would have returned the second pair had I realized this factor.

I'll caveat with: I can probably survive on liners with my flow, but wanted to be more sustainable. I'm 5'8"/120lb, pretty active, so I liked the idea of something snug and breathable....Prevents leaks and stains: true, "keeping you dry": falseAll day comfort: material is nice, not remotely breathable. The front crotch seam and all the way back basically has a plastic liner for leak prevention, which prevents breathability. Swamp-ass galore if you sweat at all.Replaces menstrual products: trueControls odor: false, more like "contains odor". I don't think these have any sort of silver lining (literally) to kill bacteria that generate odor. Again, if you sweat at all, it gets pretty rank, sooner than a pad.Easy cleaning: trueFit comments:They're a little taller than hip hugger. The lace is above all of my pants and shorts waistbands except specifically high waisted designs.I ordered blue as well in M, which fit perfectly. The tan for some reason feels like a full size larger and more diaper like.

I have a teen who really does not like tampons so she's relied on pads for quite some time. With pads comes uncertainty, especially when she has an incredibly unpredictable flow. These period underwear have calmed her down so much. She's even willing to play sports with these on. I've gone and bought 4 pair for her now and she's a changed young woman. Where were these when I was young? We would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a period.

I would highly recommend these for medium to light flow, and as a “back up” during heavy flow. These are particularly great to wear at night.The reason I decided to purchase them was because I don’t like the idea of using the same tampon all through the night (because of tss), and I was having issues with pads leaking from the sides at night. This was the perfect solution and it’s far more comfortable than any pad I have ever tried. Worth the money! However, I would say that you should invest in at least two pairs because although they can go in the wash they can not go in the dryer and take about 12+ hours to hang dry.

I was skeptical about these Thinx period underwear. I had been wanting to try them for over a year. I finally came to my senses and ordered a pair. Word of advice: ORDER MORE THAN ONE! You will want to have at least two to wear so you can alternate line drying one and wearing the other. I would normally find myself bleeding thru pads at night, but not with these on. They are comfortable and worry free. I recommend them! If I could I would be buying them for all my female friends!

Amazing alternative to disposable pads or tampons and really comfortable
