Being my first time working from home. I needed a headset that I could afford on this pandemic budget of mine. And guess what? Not only was it easy to find, but the price is also perfect. Now not only can I work like a professional. I look great in it as well. This set is the standard required call center headset that won't hurt the pockets for the first time buyers. Get yours now.

The tl;dr summary: If you need a cheap but good headset with mic for work or gaming these have some small issues but are worth trying at $10-14_______________________Edit - Easy fix if these are too tight on your ears!1. Find a cooking pot that is wide enough to fit the headband.2. Boil a pot of water then let it cool for a minute or two.3. Dip the middle 4 or 5 inches of the headband (ONLY) in the water for about 15 seconds. Then pull them from the water and hold the earpads apart about 6 inches while the plastic cools. You could also run them under cool water.4. Try them on and check the fit. I got them right the first time but you can always try again to make them tighter or looser.5. Optional - I heated them again and added a slight angle to the earphones so the sit flatter on my ears.I did this and then wore them for an hour comfortably. If they are too tight for your head try this fix!_______________________Review below:If you're familiar with the IM320 that the IM282 replaced you'll know what you're getting here. I've been using a set of the IM320 for two years now and I'm still quite happy with them but I wanted to try this updated version.I'm going to talk mainly about the drawbacks to the IM282 (new version) as compared to the IM320 (old version). Both have good listening sound quality, great for call center type work and fine for gaming. The microphone quality of the IM320 is exceptional, all it needs to be perfect is a a small foam cap on the boom to stop breathing noises. (I used yellow dish sponge and it's been great) The mic on the IM282 seems to be good also, but not quite as good. The manufacturer specifications are the same but I don't know if they're using the actual same mic.Drawbacks to the IM282:The headband - It's too small or too stiff. I have a moderately large head and these are painfully tight after a pretty short time. If the manufacturer used a slightly softer plastic or otherwise reduced the pressure they would be comfortable for long term use. I'm planning to dip the headband part in a pot of hot but not boiling water to try to reduce the bend slightly and if that works, or ruins them, I'll update this. (This worked great, see instructions above)The Mic - Pretty good, the only real downside is that the mic boom is rigid as opposed to the flexible boom on the previous version. You can rotate it up and down, but that's it. If it's placed right for you, great, if not you're out of luck. That said, it should be okay for most people. The Mic on the previous version has gotten a lot of compliments on the sound quality from audio production pros I talk with. They're amazed at the quality for the price. I think the new version is about equal but I don't have feedback from others yet. Totally fine for call center or gaming use.The ear cushions - They're pretty firm but I think they will be more comfortable if I can adjust the band pressure. The do a good job of reducing background noise but I think that's the only "noise canceling" these have.A Pro: The cord is longer and nicer than the previous version, with a braided covering.

Headset stopped working 6 weeks after getting it. Seller said I had to contact manufacturing under the warranty. Contacted manufacturing multiple times. I never get off hold before I finally give up and end the phone call. Minimum 20 minutes each time. Also, users state these are extremely uncomfortable. I tried wearing it and they are correct. The headset hurts after a short amount of time.

My kids do homeschool so this item comes in real handy for them to be able to listen to the teacher or video that is needed without disturbing the other or me from doing what we are working on. The bad thing I must say about these headphones is that being using them daily that they last us roughly a year. this is my second set of headphones being bought. But for the price it is better quality then others I have tried. I bout a set of headphones a bit more expensive then these here and those did not even last the full school year. So I happily buy this set now for my two kids and it last a good bit longer for a better price. Also to mention in completeness my kids are rough on products so I must factor this in as well. I think for an adult who is not so rough on this headset if it was properly taken care of it should last a good bit longer time.

they give out quickly. We use these for online school and they just don't last. we bought the warranty on the 1st pair and it was difficult to get a replacement. We never did get one. bought a second pair as we didn't want to miss the class. second pair snapped in the middle of the plastic piece that sits on top of your head. it's now duct taped so my son can do his work. I need to find a better set.

I'm sending these back after they finally arrived today. My teen can't use these for home school because one of the ear cushions is missing on one side and because of the way these are made, you can't just put another cushion on there. I will not buy headphones through Amazon ever again. Every single pair of headphones I bought over the past 4 years have been totally useless after a month or so and these not even out of the package yet. This is so frustrating because we needed these for school and already had to wait a while to get them. I resent having to go through the process of sending them back and waiting another long while to get new ones. Apparently, "Inspected and Repackaged" at Amazon warehouse makes for a nice, big orange sticker on the package but it is not something that actually DID happen. I will probably just write these off as a learning lesson to quit buying headphones from Amazon and will just throw them in the trash.

Initially these headsets were perfect- they fit the kids for use during distance learning, provided a mic that picked up their voices well, and had decent sound so they could hear their teachers and classmates. We started with three, and I tested all of them to make sure they were working before handing them over to the kids. The first one started acting flakey within a week, and the mic was completely dead by the second week of school. The second one started having headphone issues at the start of week four, with one side dropping sound, and then the mic completely stopped working a day after this was brought to my attention. There's still one standing, but I don't have high hopes for it at this point.

Bueno por lo que pagas, lo compre para tenerlo en caso de emergencias ya que mi trabajo involucra usar headset todo el tiempo, lo aguantas cómodamente 3 horas a la 4ta ya duelen las orejas, la calidad es muy buena, muy buen sonido y el control para mute es perfecto, la relación calidad y precio es genial

Pues al principio me pareció una buena compra, dado el precio tan económico, pero después de dos meses de uso y sin darle un trato rudo ni mucho menos, el micrófono dejó de funcionar y es indispensable para las videollamadas del trabajo, por lo que no los recomendaría.

Compre el producto en junio y a 2 meses de uso con todos lo cuidados respectivos, el auricular del lado izquierdo ya no funciona.Me parece que no tiene buen pronóstico de vida este producto.

El sonido es bueno pero son un poco duros para la cabeza
