Brilliant kit from best Bafang seller on Amazon
Purchased two 750W BBS02 17.5Ah kits from Junstar-EU about a month apart. Both were delivered promptly and have transformed our cycling experience. The standard chainring quality is shocking so purchased a Lekkie 40T for one bike and a 42T Lekkie clone (from Amazon) with thin-thick teeth which are much better. The 40T gives over 30mph and the 42T 35mph while being good for low speed trail riding. 40T is the smallest possible size giving a perfect chain line so you can select all 9 rear cogs but not available as a cheap clone (1/3rd price) like the 42T which are from the same factory as Lekkie without the stencils. The default power levels are too high in levels 1 to 3 so was able to use a programming cable, USB type C adapter and an Android app called Speeed to make it linear also removing the speed limits.P860 display with gorilla glass is the one to go for, 500c small size makes you squint and the buttons don't have much click making it hard to reduce power levels in a hurry.Make sure you get a shift sensor to preserve your chain, I never bothered fitting the brake lever switches, works wonderfully without.Apparently Bafang are stopping production of BBS02 and BBSHD for models that can't be programmed fue to Can Bus and must use Bafang's own battery which is a bad size. Buy this while you can! BBS02 is a real bargain, BBSHD is heavier, bulkier and more expensive. Avoid M620 or M6xx replacements at all cost!

Amazing piece of tech.
I have purchased 750W kit with 17.5 ah battery.Seller was responsive and answered all my questions. Bafang motor is quite powerful and it can take you over 30 mph if that's your kind of thing, but I wouldn't recommend it. My recommendation would be to buy a programming cable and tune the controller which will give you much better and safer experience while reducing power consumption.Factory settings are a bit mad, 1st level of assistance has initial 57% of overall power which can even be dangerous if you're not experienced. I reduced the current on mine from 24 to 22 amps which should prevent controller from failing, a thing bafangs are notorius for. Simple YouTube video will help you tune yours.Overall, it's a great product which can change your bike experience.Would recommend both product and the seller.

Quality kit and very fast delivery
This is the third of these kits I've purchased and fitted, although the first two kits were from other sellers off another website, which took a lot longer to arrive. Was pleasantly surprised when this kit turned up after only a few days. My first bike I put 3000 miles on it before I sold it. Second bike was done 8 months ago and ive done 1000 faultless miles and still have it now. They are a good bit of kit and relatively easy to fit, with the hardest part being making the cables all neat and tidy. I use some cable tidy conduit for the wires at the front and also bought a separate frame mounted speed controller housing for all the excess wires off the motor and battery. Happy with this purchase from this seller and I'm sure I'll be back for more.

This Has Made Such a Difference
I was thinking of going E bike as I'm getting on a bit now and just wanted to be able to ride further without overdoing it, but shop bought E bikes only seem to have limited mileage and of course legality restricts them to around 15mph they are also very expensive and having on some integrated battery's I wonder how easy to purchase and expensive they will be when it comes to replacing them.So doing lots of research and watching loads of video's on home build E bikes I opted for the Bafang 750 watt motor, 500C display and a 48V 17.5 battery. The motor I was told would take just over a month but it arrived in just over a week followed by the battery four days later, the battery I was worried about not fitting my 16" frame but I had no need to as it fits a treat.Fitting the battery is simple just use the water bottle cage bolts to fix the battery holder and the clip in the battery, once I was happy that fitted I went about preparing the bike ready, removing all the bits such as peddles, cranks front changer and shifter, the motor is a good fit, I left it loose and then went on to fitting all the cables connecting and choosing good cable routes, I have hydraulic brakes so after I had ordered the motor I emailed the seller and asked for some hydraulic brake sensors instead of the cable brake levers and he sent me a pair instead of the levers. My first problem was fitting the speed sensor my rear stay is bent quite close to the wheel so trying to fit the sensor was a problem as even with the sensor adjusted right in it would hit the magnet, if I placed the magnet on a drive side spoke I need to adjust the sensor and that would then hit the none drive side spokes so I used a smaller computer magnet which works but there is still only one place that the sensor will fit without hitting the tyre or fouling the spokes and as I found out today getting the wheel off there is not much room to fit the tyre past the sensor, I also fitted a shift sensor to help with drive wear.Everything bolted up and ready to test, I set all the setting on the 500c display opting for 9 power assist levels but you get the opting to go 5 or 7.My first test ride was just ride round the block, I have never ridden an E bike before and was not sure how it would feel and I have to say feels a bit strange at first, I started in assist level one and as soon as I put pressure on the peddles the bike jerked forward and I was off, you really notice the difference between riding a normal bike and one of these, I did my little test with no problems so ready for a proper ride the following day.I chose a ride I do quite often near all off road with a small section of forest and then a railway cycle route it's 19.8 miles and I can normally average around 10mph on this bike, the difference in ease and speed is incredible, not really used to riding this as an E bike it was going to be a learning experience, starting in assist one I was off, in top gear with ease level one would take me to around 15mph but changing the levels up gave me more speed, I ended up finding level five was what I liked I could easy ride a 25mph and 20mph up some of the hills, the trouble is I can leave the bike in top gear and from a standing start easily get to speed, that is a lot of torque going through the drive train, so I am trying to get into the habit of getting in a lower gear when starting off.I did my circuit in 1 hour 10 min averaging 16.9 mph, I did it so fast Strava flagged it up as suspicious, how much battery did I use? well only one green bar disappeared on the display so at that rate I should get 60miles or so but that is up for future testing, I did another mainly road ride the following day and that was 20 miles and again only one green bar disappeared. This mid motor also has a throttle although I don't really intend using that I did test it out setting level 9 and pushing the lever down I was nearly hitting 30mph this was on a gravel track with knobbly tyres so quite impressive, using the throttle will of course use more battery power.I am really enjoying riding my bike now, early days but so far everything is working perfectly, I am looking forward to longer rides and much less fatigue when I get home, of course I also noticed that my heart rate is a lot lower on some hills where I have to push hard and red line my heart rate which is about 170bpm I never pushed it past 125bpm riding with this Bafang motor fitted and I'm doing the same climbs but twice as fast, I think I might feel it when I get my road bike out in the summer.
