Good buzz!

ABE pre work out is amazing! Cheap but effective! But both shakers I received (ordered 2 tubs of ABE) leaked!Cherry cola gives the best buzz/tingle if you love that feeling!

Had recommended amount on tub felt ok at first , then became itchy all over like pins and needles ,red and blotchy all overAs far as I know I don't have any allergiesBought because of the good reviewsWill be quite sceptical of positive reviews from now on
