Will shoe fit small

My 8 year old daughter where’s a size 4 shoe. I tried to buy the large child size but they were to small. Do u think the small adult size would fit?

I do not see a size chart. My daughter is in between sizes her foot is 9 3/4" long. Would this fit a size Med?

What color are the inside of the shoe? Plan on displaying pair in glass case. Thanks
