Product is still in use. No issues with sickness or anything. I take it every other day. Its recommended that you don't exceed 40mg of zinc daily and these are 50mg capsules. This will make the bottle last longer and being a two pack, ill be good for awhile.They are easy enough to swallow. I'd say they are medium sized capsules. No strange taste or odor. All in all I'm happy with the purchase. No complaints.I will update if things change.

I started to take these Zinc Max and I actually felt more energy and just a good overall feeling almost immediately . With covid 19 I do my best to stay healthy wear my mask and always do social distancing. I highly recommend them!

While I haven't had the product that long to test, I will say that so far, it has lessened my head cold symptoms with just 2 pills. I was scared by the size of the bottles may be representative of the size of the pills, but they are manageable and easy to swallow. I've had a severe head cold as a result of medication and with the addition of vitamin c, this has helped relieve my head pressure and I just generally feel better when nothing else has worked. I did read that the recommended dose of zinc is quite a bit lower than what is included in these pills - so I just take it every other day to be safe.

Pretty good. I have been taking it for a few days and I do feel a lot more energy. I have a poor immune system and this has helped me get more energy to do what I had postpone to do before since I didn't have the energy. Now I guess no excuses.

Ordered and quickly received. Great packaging. Good price. I ordered 4x for relatives too. The pills are pretty big but surprisingly easy to swallow. Gel coated, light and airy. It just floats right down with water. I’m hoping to boost up my immune system with some extra zinc. No stomach issues so far. I’ll update later. Thank you!

Yes, doctors say that taking Vitamin D3, Zinc, and Vitamin C each day is a great preventative. My cousin and I do this. She had all of her family (20 some) in for the holidays.
