2 minor changes could make it perfect!
The pictures show 3d projects, so I assumed information on how to do 3d projects would be included. It was not, but we found some online and were able to make them. The other thing I wish they would change is make it to where when it's closed the compartments are closed off from each other. When you close it and carry it, the beads get mixed up. My 7 year and 3 year old nephews and I love it other than that!

Will not keep beads separated
Overall great gift. Good color and mix of beads. If you are looking for something to keep all these beads separated and prevent spills, this isn’t it. It only holds a few colors when separated on the top two layers and they will spill out of those holders. Fine if you put the beads in a plastic zip top baggie. Giving an overall 4 out of 5, because beads and accessories were great, but I really was looking for something to keep them all separated, but still easy to use.

An "okay" beginner set, but you can do MUCH better for this price
It was an okay beginner set to see if we would like it. Unfortunately, there really only is one pegboard in here. Because the circular pegboard does not have standard pegging (the pegs instead run in a circle) and the hexagon one has ununiform spacing between the pegs, rendering it useless. The colors are okay. We have used up all the whites and blacks, reds, blue and yellow. And now we have like 10000 awkward translucent greens and colors like siena which we will NEVER use. So, you may get alot of beads with this set but you won't use most of it. Also, each color is there like 2-3 ways... Translucent, Neon, Metallic and Opaque. So you are not getting a ton of colors here, just 3 similar tones per color. Do you really see yourself making anything with these in color translucent white? What about translucent silver? Cause that's what you are getting! You can easily spend this money and get a bucket of 22000 real name brand perler beads and a pack of pegboards, and you will be far better off for the similar money. The travel caddy is neat, though! Which is why I am giving this set 3 stars instead of one. PS - The pegboard that DOES work with it, is not standard size. So forget about using those printable patterns online - they will not align.

This is a great gift for any little kid.
My kids absolutey love this, they can spend hours making things with these beads. This kit comes with everything they need except the iron.

New favorite for my 4 year old!
Bought these for my 4 yo son and he spent 4 hours playing with these and crafting! Yes my four year old spent FOUR HOURS doing this! I was shocked! But he loved it. The only thing I didn’t like is the instructions didn’t have a setting suggestion for the iron. I found that using medium heat and moving the iron in a circular motion over the craft wormed really well.

Fun
Was a Christmas gift for my 8 year old, she loves it and us parents are also getting into it. It was missing black beads, but came with a ton of other colors, in a super organized box. Worth the money.

Love the quality and the box
The box is convenient. The bead quality is good. They are well-cut and pop colours. I would buy it again if I found this set at the same price I got it.
