EGO POWER+ Backpack Leaf Blower, Cordless Electric 600 CFM, Includes 56V 7.5Ah Battery and Charger - LB6003

So I tested this with a 5 year old Ego Battery and a new battery that comes with this blower and it makes a difference. In this test I tried it in 49 degree temperature and in 43 degree weather. Obviously the new battery worked better in both tests but it was significant in power and battery life. I will say this smaller 1 battery unit can blow leaves but it will take a long time to clear if you have a large or huge yard. It is lightweight and surprised at just how light it is, it's far more quiet than my gas blower, it does a great job at clearing pavement and driveways and loose leaves. I think the price is a bit on the high side for a 1 battery blower but that's my opinion. I have the 2 pack harness coming to test and will post the results on that item.

So far, so good. It was easy to "assemble". It weighs just a little more than my 36-year-old gas model, but the EGO is far better balanced, and the shoulder strap harness is really nice. And it is far quieter. It blows well, but it remains to be seen if it can handle all the leaves my property puts out, especially if they are wet. I doubt the battery time will be as much as I want at one sitting, I guess I will know more come Fall. To be determined, but for now I like it.

This blower was not cheep but it came with a battery that costs almost as much as the whole unit. I’m in my 70’s and this backpack blower allows me to keep on working without my arms getting tired. I love it.

This Ego Power work’s amazing at blowing leaves. I am surrounded with oak trees and have piles of leaves in the fall, blower works amazing and made my job so much easier. I recommend this blower with the backpack.

Worst leaf blower I ever purchased. It never blew any leaves at all for me. I would highly recommend against purchasing this product.

a really heavy backpack blower, but hopefully that is an indicator of product quality and durability. It has maybe a quarter of the noise level of a gas-powered blower, and gives me 40-45 minutes of runtime on the high power setting, 25-30 on turbo. As a bonus, it helps "blow away" my nosy neighbor when she gets too close (no humans were harmed in the encounter), and it's just loud enough that I can't have a conversation with her. Win-Win!
