I bought the smallest amount, and I did well.I infused one teaspoon in a cup, it was probably too much, I had a terrible reaction, 3 day in the bathroom with strong stomach cramps, I felt weak for weeks. Senna is an irritant, it works contracting your bowel muscles, it’s not delicate. I suggest half spoon in 2 cups, and good luck.I don’t have the courage to use it again, I tried many remedies but this one is the worst, I heard of people taking senna pills, which seems to be more delicate and safer.
