Useful
Caring can be very stressful, this is a useful help if you do the exercises.

Not very helpful. The mention of carers is a bit of a come on. There are far better books out there on mindfulness that would serve you much better. If I hadn't already done a mindfulness course, I'd find it baffling.

Waste of money
The most patronising book about mindfulness I have read. The author shows little understanding of a carers life in the UK. There is little or no support for carers. Lots of box ticking available. Better to read John kabat Zin. A truly compassionate expert on mindfulness.

Really helpful and I love the fact that the guided meditations were included
Just what I needed. Really helpful and I love the fact that the guided meditations were included. Lovely voice to listen to - no irritating sing-sing.
