Good Quality and After sales Service
I purchased 2 fans thinking Crompton is a good and renowned brand with promising quality.But these fans are really of light quality. Not value for money for sure. You would get a better product with little less or more price from Usha or havells.Then coming to the actual product delivered, its different from what is shown. You ll get a pure white fan with grey ring. But the pictures show something else. I saw it at the time of installation and the return period already lapsed.Now coming to the after sales service, their CUSTOMER CARE number is of NO USE. They dont know what they are talking and dealing with. They ll just ask you to contact the nearest service center.

Defective piece sent by seller RS electricals
Pls note that I have paid heavy amount for this ceiling fan. And the seller RS ELECTRICALS has sent a defective piece and has not wished to replace the product even. The fan makes a lot of sound, as though it's gona break and it works only on number 5.I am totally dissapointed with this seller...even Amazon has not helped in asking the seller to replace or refund for the item. Pathetic... pls do not purchase from this seller.
