Great chair poor shipping.
Nice chair but packing was not acceptable. Box dropped off open. Everything appeared fine but after we put the chair together we found a piece of broken plastic. Too much of a hassle to return because that would require is taking it apart and boxing it up. The chair is useable and we plan to keep it. Shipping could be better.
