does it come with a barrel cover?

It does comes with the fabric barrel cover. But they're a pain to clean if a round goes off in them. I bought a rubber one because you can just rinse those out with water.

Yes it uses HPA tanks. The operating pressure of the marker is 200psi and is regulated by the reg on the marker.
