How thick is the sheet? Can it be used in a Cricut machine?

Read the manufacturer 's detailer description for answer in thickness. It should work in the Cricut.

No. It's just acetate, so it would melt in the oven.

Can you watercolor on this?

I used this for cooking. I do not think the slick surface would hold watercolor paint. It might drive but would crack and chip off when the acetate was bent.

Can this be used with epoxy resin?

I would think NO with food. I always use tape.
