Having owned Cross, Uniball, and Pilot pens, I can honestly say this pen rates at the top. The ink quality is neither too fine or thick. The pen constantly delivers a smooth line of ink without skipping or smudging. The pen is of high quality old school design that allows for a comfortable writing experience. That being said, the pen is also an attractive writing instrument with its silver and dark green body. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Came as advertised. It feels like the Parker Jotter, when holding it and writing with it. Writes smoothly and easily, with no fading or blobs of ink left at the end of the words written.Would recommend this brand of pen for anyone looking for a reasonably priced pen to use for everyday use at home, school, or work.

This is my 3rd Sheaffer ink pen. The first two were poly resin and the threads broke after years of use so I thought the stainless would be better. Well, it's beautiful to look at but the brushed finish in metal is difficult to hold onto and feels much smaller in my hand even though it is the same size. I love the brand and will buy another when and if I need one, but it will be the traditional resin not the stainless.

I don’t know why but I’m obsessed with these pens. I found a pink one at Target years ago and it just broke and I was so sad, but then I found them on amazon in even more colors!! Comfy pen, good weight, good ink. Now I have like 10 of them and I’m happy every time I get to use it.

These pens are classic in design, durable, and the Sheaffer refills write really well. I prefer the shape and weight to the Parker Jotter.

I have Sheaffer fountain pen so I thought I would give this a shot. I'm glad I did. It's well made, sturdy couple. A bit of weight toward the top so it has a great balance. Barrel not too thick or thin. For pen, the ink is thick for medium yet smooth. For pencil, it's just great. So happy for this purchase.

I see no way how this pen is worth nearly twice the price of a Parker Jotter. The feel build and material is nearly exact. It feels and writes the exact same. I figured it was worth a shot. There is nothing wrong with it, I can see. The rating is based off value compared to comparable products.
