If you follow a gluten & lectin - free diet as many of us do these days….pasta is hard to find. This is an excellent product. Tasty, healthy and easy to use & enjoy !! Experiment with cooking times to suit your own taste..it is simple to prepare and enjoy in a variety of ways !! So grateful to this company for producing such a high quality product. !

I have been looking for gluten free ramen fr awhile that tastes good and doesn't have seaweed. I think I have finally found it.

I tried these noodles because I was craving ramen but a 55 year old woman a year into menopause and doesn't have hot flashes or mood disruptions sure doesn't need to be eating white flour. I keep my diet reasonably clean so I don't make my life harder than it needs to be.I love these things!Now they don't come with any seasoning packets so I used Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning. Mrs. Dash in the pale blue shaker, and Everything Bagel Seasoning and it's perfection.I threw rotisserie chicken, a bag of steamed veggies, and two fried eggs on top of the noodles, added my seasoning and a little butter, and dug in.It's one of the best meals I've had and next time I'll do 7 minutes instead of 8 to cook the ramen but it's outstanding. :)

For the ramen itself: it’s great, great taste and good texture, slightly less firm that normal ramen. It’s very starchy so I do recommend preparing broth separately and discarding the water you prepare the ramen in.Now on to the product listing and pricing: I originally purchased the one 5 pack for $8. I liked them so when I purchased again, purchased the three packs option for $24, so should have received three 5 packs. Instead I received one large 12 pack. So I received 3 less than I expected that I paid for. If you look at the sellers reviews, you’ll see this has happened multiple times, so the way they are listing the purchase options is inaccurate and deceptive. Moral of the story, if you want to buy more than one 5 pack, just increase the quantity rather than buying the bulk option. Otherwise, you’re getting ripped off.

This pasta is amazing...for someone who is doing her best to eat minimally processed food, food with as few ingredients as possible and food that doesn't include wheat this company has so many choices of ONE ingredient, wheat free pasta, and the best part it cooks up GREAT and tastes even better, and while compared to pasta the cost is high the cost is a bargain for as good as this pasta is! Oh I forgot its organic as well!

It makes a thick disgusting gravy and tastes like flour. A total waste of my $. I was trying to find a better alternative for ramen for the kids, they hated it, I tasted it and Yuck!

High quality gluten free Ramen option. Texture is much better than other options I have tried on the market. I just feel the portion is very small, I use two packets for 1 bowl of soup, and it is very expensive in my opinion.

So, so, happy that I did not listen to other reviews but went ahead to try. Delicious and so versitile for Asian noodle dishes. Hard to believe this is 100% millet - with no wheat. I cook the ramen noodle quickly separately, rinse in cold water, and put them in a miso soup. I don't understand the compains about the price. One order lasts long time for me. My ssugestion is that they can reduce the packaging. (2 ramen can become one within a plastic pacakge)
