This is one of those rare products that does exactly what it says, at a price point that really can't be beat. Need a lightbulb where you can't place one? That's what this is. A little plastic lightbulb that runs on three AAA batteries and includes a small hook so you can easily hang it wherever is convenient. I didn't realize upon purchasing that this actually has three settings - bright, less bright, and blinking - which was a welcome surprise. Even better, this is a two-pack, so I tossed one in my emergency car kit because I figure the blinking functionality would be better suited there than in my home. I can't speak to battery life yet, as I just purchased this product, but overall very satisfied and would recommend.

I have not had a chance to test battery life yet. But otherwise I am throughly happy. I purchased them for use in my tent and they are the perfect brightness on high to function inside the tent and low power is great for leaving on so we don’t come back to a dark tent (important when sending an 8 year old to get stuff alone).My next test will be hanging them from my 12x12 canopy to see if that is enough light for playing games and doing things at night.

It is small and light weight. It provides good lighting for tent or general area. We have a 10 x14 tent and provides good lighting for searching items or hanging out but in my opinion not enough for reading when hung in center of the tent. Only issue we have is the battery compartment, the two connection points are coil, and did not provide enough contact when the batteries and back were screwed in. 3 starts because it would turn off if it was bumped from people or the tent moving in the wind. We put a penny on the back side of the battery holder and plastic screw+type covering to make a tighter contact and it works fine now. Its not an overwhelming light so it won't blind you.

Used it every night for two weeks in a 2-person tent (and still going strong on the same initial battery load). Three lighting options, high, low, and flashing (?), and all worked well with a simple button push. The lights hang easily to various spots in the tent and provided exceptional lighting. About the size of a standard 60 watt lightbulb so easy to pack and very lightweight. Excellent for car camping or backpacking. Would definitely buy again.

I have these hanging in some dark closets and its nice to have them around for power outages. They are very convenient and great for camping, and to give children to hold during night time walks for safety purposes. They have three modes a soft glow, a bright glow, and a blink. They last forever between battery changes. Get at least 4!

Love these. They're perfect for camping but I am using them around the home more than i thought I would. Three settings (high, low, and flash) and a decent amount of light.They weigh nothing so they're perfect for adding to my camping gear.

Lights do work well but very hard on batteries, only get a few hours before AAA batteries go dead.

I’ve had a similar item before from another distributor and decided to order a similar 2 pack from ETRENDS.It’s a handy portable light, offers enough light for my purposes, and the battery consumption is very adequate.
