enjoyed this book very much as it focused on one of the shapes of Xing yi.a lot of info on this style to study and learn about. I've studies these shapes many yearsand still learned a lot from this book. the applications very helpful, more ammunition for mystock pile to work on.

this is the second book glen Board has done on the animals, and like his first, it does not disappoint.He provides a lot of deep interesting information and his style is first class. He is excellent at describing the subtllies of this seemingly straight forward art.I hope he is planning his next book! If you are interested in Xing Yi,this is a must

Excellent book on a rare art, all the better due to its focus on the snake xing. The author obviously has a great deal of knowledge on the art and not only gives a thorough description of the snakes combat methods, but also some interesting history of their xing yi lineage. This is all provided in a straightforward and well delivered style. Definitely worth buying if you have a serious interest in xing yi.
