Was really worried this wasn’t going to be good.But it’s excellent!I have two pugs , but one is tall and can now sit up comfortably in the car.I wanted a plastic dog carrier that’s easy to wipe clean and safe / strong to protect them.They are small so it’s perfect for them.But wouldn’t go any smaller.So easy to put together, it comes with little screws , but I’ve not had to use them to keep it locked together. Well packed and very happy.This fits into my mini convertible and keeps them safe if we have the top down.Lots of air holes and light in colour so it doesn’t absorb heat ! But of course never leave dogs in a car on there own EVER !

Easy to assemble and dog like it

Looking for a crate that could fit easily into the back of my car without dropping the back seats, or pulling the seat to far forward.This does that and my 2 terriers love it!

Bought for sons vw Golf GT mk7, fits perfect in boot,for border collie,easy to clean etc. Was hard to find a carrier that fit into Golf as sloping window etc but goes in no bother with space at the sides,went for the medium size.

After buying a new car I thought I would upgrade our spaniel's crate as the old all metal one was a 'little bit' rattly. This looked like a good choice and it is, if you are severely hearing impaired. This crate rattles more than an angry rattle snake. From every tiny road imperfection (of which the UK has many) to every enormous pothole (of which the UK has many) the metal inserts rattle, which basically means it rattles loudly from the moment you pull away to when you switch the car off. If I could send it back I would. Drives me insane even on the shortest trip. I will go back to the old metal crate and throw this one away. Waste of money. Avoid.

Roomy . Excellent

This crate is fantastic & just what we were looking for. Having recently acquired a new puppy we had the dilemma of how to transport our existing dog and the new puppy safely in the car. This carrier ticks all the boxes. Its the same size as 2 x small size wire crates side by side, but obviously the top part of the carrier is angled so it fits in the car. We have a Freelander 2 and this crate fits in the boot perfectly. The storage compartments on top are a great size, suitable for storing leads, food, collapsible bowls, treats etc. We now just need to find a place in the boot for a bottle of water and we are good to go. The carrier takes minimal effort to put together, the wire doors are a slightly as they slide in tracks one in front of the other.We have ordered a divider for our crate from elsewhere. This carrier is the newer model and therefore the divider required should have a small cut out/notch in it to accommodate the new lock. The old straight sided divider will not fit.As for order processing and delivery, the carrier was ordered yesterday, it arrived today (we paid for next day delivery) and it was delivered by DPD, who provided a time of delivery first thing this morning which was excellent and allowed us to get on with our day knowing when the parcel would arrive.
