This vacuum head is a good quality unit, it is well constructed and will work well for the right application. Make sure it is the right vacuum head for your application before you buy, or you could be making a mistake. I purchased this for general pool cleaning. When it arrived, I gave it a fair review, but now after several frustrating pool cleanings I realized that this unit was the wrong type for my application. This would be a great brush for a screen covered pool. It will clean Alge with ease and can get into those hard to clean corners. However, for uncovered pools, as is my case, where you get leaves and other debris in the bottom of the pool then this head is definitely not for you. The debris get caught up in the bristles, which will not allow the debris to reach the vacuum port to be sucked up, this can be very frustrating and it adds a lot of time to cleaning the pool. It works great on the walls where you're just brushing Alge. For the bottom of the pool I need to have a brushless head to vacuum up the debris and then this brush would be fine for cleaning up after. So consider what you need before buying.

The spring on this product is to small and there for serves no purpose leaving the product quality and functionality to be lacking. Simple attention to detail would be nice but mass production throws away quality and expectations.

Should have stayed withe the $20 vacs form Wakmart, Lowes, Homedepot, etc...1) photos depict a spring mechanism where the handle attachs.....there was none provided when received....2) photos deoict handle connecting pin spanning both mounting holes on the vac head....not so in reality, it barely reaches the outer hole, and pin wiggled loose on several occasions while using...3) pole mounting did not provide full movement, very stiff even after multiple uses...4) very poor suction, the little dials that open or close had little effect on improving suction...and it wasn't my pump. A $17 clearance cheapo triangle head from Walmart worked far better, and relegated this product to the bottom of deck for for potential emergency use. I'm sticking with the less expensive box store models......save yourself a few bucks....this one is useless..

Works great best $10 I spent in along time

It gets all the spots my auto vac doesn’t hit. It uses the same hose, so it’s easy to switch over to this to clean up around the edges. Some leaves I end up chasing a bit before they will go under it and get sucked up, but I guess that’s normal. Does what I need it to do and side brushes are a big help in hitting the lower wall where it curves up that the auto vac won’t reach.

Bought this to replace the triangular one that came with pool installation. This one is better made, better design, able to get into corners and curvy areas easily. I find on the forward sweep it works great, but on the backward sweep it tends to lift and has to have a lot of pressure added to keep it on the bottom. If it was a little heavier would be much better. Much lighter than the triangle one but generally a better design.
