I Heart Soul Food: 100 Southern Comfort Food Favorites

Im not great at creating/cooking new dishes and wanted to try something new. Im looking forward to trying ALOT of the of the food in this cookbook!!! I love the stories she tells about each dish....i made the potato salad, Sunday family dinner, I tweaked it a little *added a little sugar (my mom secret❤). But there are so many amazing dishes in this book I cant wait to try more. Definitely worth purchasing!!

I love this cookbook. Everything is so inviting and appetizing! The recipes have easy to find ingredients and are easy to follow and execute! I think I’m going to begin with the pineapple mimosas! So many that I can’t wait to try!

This book has so many great recipes that it’s hard to know which to start with. The ones I have tried have come out well and I’m looking forward to trying more. I love the history behind the recipes.

So many delicious recipes that are easy to follow. Love the small exerts at the beginning of each recipe talking about background of dish. Can't wait to try all of the recipes.

Gave it as a gift and my sister love it I looked in it and it had some great recipes not only for food for drinks as well. I’m definitely gonna go to her house and try it and matter fact, I’m going to buy one myself.
