Nos ha gustado mucho este chocolate. Lo he utilizado para hace rturrones de chocolate y a todo el mundo le han encantado. Textura: los tres chocolates funden bien y quedan cremosos. Hay que mezclarlos con leche, crema, manteca o mantequilla si haces algo grueso para poder córtalos con comodidad. Sabor: a los niños el que más les ha gustado es el blanco, que es el más dulce. Beste Kuvertüre
Diese Kuvertüre/Schokolade verwende ich schon einige Jahre. Die Callets schmelzen schön schnell und die Schokolade lässt sich gut verarbeiten. Sie ist vielseitig verwendbar: Pralinen, Kuchen, Ganache usw. Die Schokolade verwende ich auch zur Eisherstellung; einfach nur köstlich! Die Verpackung ist leicht zu öffnen und wieder dauerhaft zu verschließen. Den Preis bezahle ich gerne für diese top Qualität. Für mich gibt es nichts besseres.
