I don't bother anymore. This contains all healthy and organic ingredients, and it’s not loaded with sodium like regular soups. It is a bit on the bland side so I add some black pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and a couple pinches of Romano cheese and it tastes great and is still relatively low in sodium.
