Update 10/9/2024: Went to plug this in and as of October 1, 2024, the battery will no longer hold a charge. I bought this on March 11, 2018, so I definitely feel as of I got my money's worth out of it though. Update 12/30/2022: I still have this. It's not something I use often. In fact, during the pandemic, I went an entire year and a half without ever needing it, but still religiously charged it at least 1x a month even when not in use. For reference, it was purchased on March 11, 2018, and on Friday, December 30, 2022, I had to jump a individual's SUV, because his battery died while in my driveway. This did the job with no problem and is still recommended. I'm actually very impressed with the quality and how long-lasting this is. Got this and immediately charged it as instructed. Was a little worried due to reading reviews that some had received this DOA or that the jumper never fully charges. I did not have that problem and I've since used it twice to jumpstart my car battery this winter. Very convenient and safe to have on hand in those emergency situations (for reference, I jumped a little Kia Rio sedan without problem). The portable jumper was charged immediately after each use and will be every 30 days per the instructions, so I hope this lasts. Am thinking about purchasing another one as the price was WAY cheaper than in a certain auto store with "zone" in its name... I'm giving it 5 stars since it has, now twice, jumped one of my cars and I have experienced no issue with the device failing to fully charge. The air compressor, light and ability to charge your USB devices are a plus as well, but I did not purchase it for those features. It performing as expected, the price, amps and portability were the main factors.

Every since I bought this item I was only able to utilize it 3x, afterwards the inside battery dosent stay charge, so therefore I can't jump start my car if needed. Ive charged it numerous times at work from 630am- 1pm and it still dnt fully charge 🤬🤬🤬. I asked a mechanic at work what could be the issue, and was informed that the battery within is not good since it dosent stay fully charged. This item needs to be sent back or replace. Im always frustrated during winter!!!
