We bought this for our new home and we were having work done on the house and we wouldn't be around to supervise them all the time. We found it great that we could give the contractors a code and disable it after a certain amount of time. The fact that we can see how many times that code was used was perfect (we also had cameras in and around the house as well to log their traffic). This prevented us from having to buy a lockbox for the contractors to use and then having to re-key the doors after the work was done. We just disabled the code and didn't have to worry about it.I love using this myself. I have a car that doesn't require a key to be used to open the door (I just need to have the key in my purse or on me) so just being able to punch in a code and not fumble for keys is great. We give personalized codes for everyone that lives in the house (the kids love being able to open the door by punching in their own unique code) and it makes it perfect for when we have family coming into town late and we don't have to wait up for them. We create a code, tell them, and they can let themselves in while we get to sleep. We don't have to worry about borrowed keys, lost keys, or in my case, digging in my purse for my keys.You will need Internet access to set up the codes and have it sync up with the lock. My husband does it from the phone or from the computer.

Great remote access for ABNB
Works great. It was easy to install and the app was simple to install and setup the unit. You do need to pay for a service to use this lock, but it is very useful. Highly recommend for Abnb homes.

Awesome!
I have bought 4 of these. I use it in my own house because I don't like keys, as well as vacation homes to let in Airbnb guests and workers. It can be a little challenging to set up but support is pretty good.

Now replacing for the 2nd time
I will not buy this brand again, we have been on the phone many times and they tell us every time to remove batteries and reset lock. Still does not recognize any codes, and this is the second lock I have replaced. Last one had similar problems, they said we needed a new one, well this is the second that is only one year old and we have to replace again.Tired of waiting on hold for support, they have no clue how to fix so repeats same instructions, and we do not have a functioning lock. I will buy a hardware lock that will work.
